The under 12 co-ed division is for players eligible for u11 and u12 soccer as defined by Us Youth Soccer

Division Details

The Under 12 Division is a co-ed, recreation style league for all kids ages 10 and 11. The kids will play other teams from the local area and there will be goalies and referees. This is a great division for kids that are looking to have fun playing soccer at a less competitive level than travel. It’s also a place where travel players can boost their confidence and creativity with more touches on the ball.

Size 4 soccer ball used
Games will be:
- Are 6v6 (5 field players and a goalkeeper) on a U10 sized field
- Played on Saturdays
- 50 minutes long (2 x 25 minute halves)
- Played at different sites at neighboring communities
All teams are co-ed
Practice cadence set by home club
Referees will be used for all games
Team size is usually no more than 12 players on a team

Teams are generally from the suburbs East of Pittsburgh, however, the participants and number of teams vary.

Rules

All players are required to wear soccer cleats and shin guards along with their teams approved jersey. In addition the following rules will be applied by the officials.
